Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and for how long.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the estate agency named in the footer of this website and on the contact page, established in Greece. You can reach us at the email address shown there for any question about your data.

What we collect and why

Enquiries. When you send an enquiry, request a viewing, ask for a valuation or subscribe to property alerts, we store the details you give us — name, email address, phone number, your message, the property or islands you are interested in, your language and, where available, the country you contacted us from — together with the page you arrived on and any campaign parameters in the link you used. We use this to answer you, to arrange viewings and to keep a record of our dealings with you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in running the agency.

Marketing. We send you similar properties or market notes only if you ticked the box asking for them. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any message or writing to us.

Website measurement. This site measures visits without cookies and without third-party tracking scripts. For each page view we record the page, language, referring website, device type, country and a session identifier derived from your IP address and browser, hashed with a key that changes daily so that it cannot be traced back to you afterwards. We do not store your IP address. No consent banner is shown because no cookies or similar identifiers are placed on your device.

Cookies. The public website sets no cookies. The staff area of the site uses strictly necessary session cookies for signed-in users only.

Who receives data

Your data is processed by the agency and by the service providers that host this website and our database (in the European Union), and, if you ask us to arrange something that requires it, by the professionals involved in a transaction — for example a lawyer or notary you have chosen. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as we deal with you and for up to five years afterwards, so that we can answer questions about past dealings and meet our obligations under Greek anti-money-laundering and tax rules, which can require longer retention for completed transactions. Website measurement data is kept in aggregate form; raw page-view records are deleted after 25 months.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, ask us to restrict processing, and receive the data you gave us in a portable format. Write to the address in the footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the last review at the top of the page.
