Terms of use

The basis on which this website and its listings are provided.

The website

This website is operated by the licensed estate agency identified in the footer and on the contact page. By using it you accept these terms.

Listings and information

Property details, prices, measurements, plans and photographs are provided in good faith from information supplied by owners and developers and from our own visits. They are an invitation to enquire, not an offer or a contract, and they may change or be withdrawn without notice. Areas are approximate. Prices are stated in euros and exclude purchase costs, taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Where we mark a property as meeting the Golden Visa minimum, this reflects the asking price and stated main area only; eligibility is determined by the Greek authorities and must be confirmed by your legal adviser.

The buying guide, Golden Visa guide and other editorial pages are general information reviewed on the date shown. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Greek law changes; obtain advice from an independent lawyer and tax adviser before committing funds.

Brokerage

We act as estate agents under Law 4072/2012. Any commission payable to us by a buyer or seller is set out in a written brokerage agreement signed before viewings or marketing begin. Nothing on this website creates a brokerage relationship by itself.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, design and the seven-island mark on this site belong to the agency or its licensors. You may print or save pages for your personal use in considering a property. Reproduction for any other purpose requires our written permission.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its contents beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Law

These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of the seat of the agency have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
