Property for sale in Limni Keriou, Zakynthos
Limni Keriou is the small harbour and beach settlement at the south-western end of Laganas Bay on Zakynthos, below the hill village of Keri and named after the lake that once occupied the marsh behind it. Boats leave from its quay for the sea caves of the cape. It suits buyers who want a low-key waterside place with a harbour, within the marine park but away from the resorts, and with the cliffs and sunsets of Keri above.

Area guide
The harbour
The settlement is a line of houses and tavernas along a pebble beach, with a small harbour at one end from which boats run to the caves and arches of the cape. The marsh behind it separates the shore from the road up to Keri. Laganas is across the bay to the east, and the airport is on the far side of the bay.
Property
Limni Keriou has a handful of houses and apartments near the beach, holiday accommodation, and villas on the slopes above the settlement towards Keri with views over the bay. Waterfront property is very rare here, as everywhere on Laganas Bay under the marine park's rules. Portal averages in 2026 put the Laganas municipal unit, which includes Limni Keriou, at around €2,650 per square metre, and a stone or view villa in the Keri area is offered at €0.5–1.5 million as an indicative band. Buyers are British and German for the most part, often people who have sailed or swum here on holiday, and the appeal is a harbour at the quiet end of the bay rather than a beach resort.
