Between the road and the water
The coast road passes through Perigiali on its way south, and the settlement spreads on both sides of it: houses and small apartment buildings on the flat ground towards the beach, and villas on the terraces above. From the higher ground the view is the one that defines this coast, the enclosed water between Lefkada and the mainland with Skorpios and the smaller islands in the middle distance. Nidri's quay, with the ferry to Meganisi, is within walking distance.
What is available
Perigiali offers a mixture that is rare on Lefkada: apartments and modest houses near the beach at one end of the range and new hillside villas with pools at the other. Buyers are largely foreign, as they are across the east coast, with British, German and Dutch purchasers all represented and sailors among them because of the proximity of the harbour. Portal averages in 2026 put the Ellomenos unit, which includes Perigiali, at around €4,100 per square metre, up close to 9% on the year, and agencies price pool villas on this coast at €3,500–5,500 per square metre.
