Agni is a small pebble cove on Corfu's north-east coast between Kalami and Nissaki, a little under an hour from the airport, known for the tavernas that stand at the water's edge and for the boats that tie up at their jetties in the evening. There is no village behind it, only olive terraces and a scattering of houses and villas on the slopes. It suits buyers who want to reach the bays of the prime coast by water as much as by road.

The cove
Agni is reached by a narrow lane that drops from the coast road through the olives, or, as many owners prefer, by boat from the neighbouring bays. The shore is a short curve of pebbles with the tavernas' jetties at the water's edge and little else, and the hillside above is terraced olive grove with cypress. Kalami is a short walk round the headland to the north, Nissaki lies to the south, and Kassiopi is about twenty minutes by car.
What comes to market
Property at Agni is scarce and largely takes the form of villas on the slopes between the cove and the coast road, a few of them with paths down to the water, together with older houses in the groves and the occasional plot. Most buyers are British, and a good number first knew the bay from a rented villa or from the deck of a boat. Portal averages in 2026 put the Kassiopi municipal unit, to which Agni belongs, at around €4,700 per square metre, with agency asking prices for sea-view villas on this coast at €4,500–7,000 per square metre. The coast's indicative bands apply: a new villa with pool from €1.3 million to €4 million, a renovated stone house from €0.6 million to €1.5 million, and a plot with permit from about €250,000.
